An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Contentious Probate Solicitor to join our client's renowned Will Disputes & Contentious Probate team. This is a rare chance to work exclusively on contentious probate litigation within a respected and growing firm recognised across the South East.
You'll handle a broad range of disputes including Inheritance Act claims, challenges to the validity of Wills, executor and estate administration disputes, Court of Protection matters, and trust disputes. You'll manage your own caseload while also assisting on larger, complex cases, with supervision and support from a Legal 500 Leading Individual.
About You
Qualified Solicitor with 3-5 years' PQE and experience in civil litigation, ideally with contentious probate exposure.
Strong communication and client relationship skills.
Proactive, organised, and keen to develop within a specialist team.
