Conveyancing Fee Earner

A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Liverpool City Centre is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its well-established Residential Property team. This is an excellent opportunity to handle high-quality conveyancing work within a supportive and professional environment.

The team deals with a broad range of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and plot transactions. You'll manage your own caseload from instruction through to post-completion, working closely with clients to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Responsibilities:

• Managing residential conveyancing files from start to finish

• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and plot sales

• Drafting contracts, dealing with enquiries, and preparing completion statements

• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties

• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm standards

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor (3-5 years' PQE), Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX-qualified with equivalent experience

• Proven ability to manage conveyancing transactions independently

• Strong client communication and organisational skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritise effectively

• Comfortable working predominantly office-based
