A highly regarded firm in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to provide interim support for a period of 3 to 6 months. The role is due to start immediately and offers a competitive hourly rate.
The successful candidate will handle a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, providing support to the existing team during a busy period. This is a hands-on role requiring the ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.

Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in corporate and commercial law
Able to manage a caseload with minimal supervision
Comfortable advising on a range of matters, including M&A, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, and business structuring
Excellent drafting and client communication skills
