My client, a highly regarded Top 200 national law firm, is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its growing corporate team in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity for a corporate solicitor to develop their career within a firm known for high-quality work, strong national presence, and a supportive, forward-thinking culture.

You will advise a broad range of clients, including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and growing companies, on a wide variety of corporate matters, including:

• Mergers and acquisitions (share and asset sales and purchases)

• Corporate restructurings and reorganisations

• Shareholder agreements and investment documentation

• Joint ventures and commercial collaborations

• Private equity and growth capital transactions

• General corporate and company law advice

You will work closely with experienced partners, benefit from early client exposure, and play an active role in business development and team collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales

• 2-5 years' PQE in corporate law

• Strong technical and drafting skills

• Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach

• Ability to manage matters independently while contributing to a team environment
