Corporate Commercial Solicitor

A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Chester is seeking an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor (3-5 years' PQE) to join its growing and dynamic business services team. This is an excellent opportunity to handle a broad mix of corporate and commercial work within a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

The team advises a diverse client base, including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and larger corporates, on matters ranging from M&A transactions and restructures to commercial contracts and partnership agreements.

Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and reorganisations

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements

• Managing matters independently while working closely with senior colleagues when required

• Playing an active role in business development, networking, and client relationship management

Requirements:

• 3-5 years' PQE in corporate and/or commercial law (not NQ)

• Experience across both disciplines preferred, though strong experience in one area will be considered

• Confident managing files with minimal supervision

• Strong communication, drafting, and client care skills

• Enthusiastic about business development and networking

Benefits:
