Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a highly ranked Legal 500 firm in Manchester, who are seeking a Corporate Partner to join their expanding and highly regarded corporate team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm with a strong reputation in corporate law and a robust pipeline of high-value transactions across various sectors.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructures, and commercial contracts.

• Advising a diverse client base including corporates, private equity firms, and entrepreneurs on complex transactions.

• Managing high-value, multi-jurisdictional deals from inception through to completion.

• Driving business development efforts and expanding your own client portfolio with the support of the firm's strong marketing and BD team.

• Working closely with other departments such as commercial property, real estate, and finance teams to deliver integrated advice.

• Providing leadership and mentoring to junior lawyers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development.

Who we're looking for:

• An experienced corporate solicitor currently operating at Partner level or a Senior Associate/Legal Director ready to step up.

• Someone with strong technical expertise in corporate law and a proven track record of leading complex, high-value transactions.

• A confident and commercially minded individual, capable of building and maintaining client relationships at the highest level.

• Well-connected in the regional or national corporate market.

• A collaborative leader who thrives in a team environment and has a forward-looking approach.
