Corporate Solicitor

A leading Legal 500 full-service firm with a strong regional and national presence is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor (4-8 years' PQE) to join its growing and highly regarded Corporate team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside senior partners on complex and high-value transactions while benefiting from a collaborative, modern working culture.

The team advises a broad client base, including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and larger corporates, on all aspects of corporate law-from mergers and acquisitions to restructures, joint ventures, and shareholder arrangements.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a range of corporate transactions, including M&A, disposals, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings

• Advising clients on corporate governance, compliance, and general business law matters

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and transactional documents

• Maintaining and developing strong client relationships and supporting business development initiatives

• Working closely with partners while developing your own practice and expertise

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with 4-8 years' PQE in corporate law

• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and client-care skills

• Ability to manage complex transactions independently and work well under pressure

• Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for client relationship building and networking
