Sellick Partnership is working with a well-established firm in Leeds City Centre to recruit a Criminal Solicitor with a focus on Dangerous Dog Offences.

This is a great opportunity to join a specialist team handling a unique and growing area of criminal law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload involving Dangerous Dogs Act matters (e.g. prohibited breeds, dogs dangerously out of control)

  • Represent clients at police stations, Magistrates' and Crown Court

  • Provide clear, confident legal advice and advocacy

  • Build strong client relationships and contribute to team growth

About You:

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales), ideally with 2+ years' PQE in criminal law

  • Experience or strong interest in Dangerous Dog cases (training can be provided)

  • Strong advocacy and communication skills

  • Able to work independently and within a team
