Sellick Partnership is delighted to be partnering with a well-established legal team looking to recruit an Employment Associate with 1-3 years' post-qualification experience.

This role offers the chance to join a busy and supportive employment law team, managing a diverse caseload including advisory work, tribunal claims, contract drafting, settlement agreements, and other employment-related matters. You will be responsible for handling your own cases, providing clear and practical advice to clients, engaging with various stakeholders, including employers and employees, and ensuring cases progress efficiently while delivering excellent client service.

The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with relevant experience in employment law, ideally from a reputable regional or London firm. Confidence in managing files independently, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment are essential. Experience or interest in data protection and privacy would be advantageous but is not a requirement.
