A reputable legal firm in Leeds is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join on a locum basis, starting immediately. This ongoing position primarily involves handling settlement agreements and related employment matters.
Key responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, and advising on settlement agreements
Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients
Managing caseloads efficiently to meet deadlines
Liaising with clients, HR professionals, and other stakeholders
Ideal candidate:
Proven experience in employment law, with a strong focus on settlement agreements
Ability to work independently and manage multiple files simultaneously
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
