A respected firm in Shropshire is looking for an experienced Employment Locum to provide interim support while they recruit permanently. The role is set to begin immediately and will continue on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
You will handle a mixed employment caseload, advising both employer and employee clients. Matters may include contracts, disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancy, settlement agreements, and both contentious and non-contentious work.
Key Details:
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Shropshire (hybrid working may be available)
Duration: Ongoing - until permanent hire is made
Rate: £50-£60 per hour (DOE)
Focus: Contentious & Non-contentious Employment Law
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid employment law experience
Able to manage files independently and provide practical, commercially focused advice
Confident handling a mix of advisory and contentious matters
