An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a busy, nationally recognised employment law team in Cambridge. This role is ideal for a solicitor with 5+ years' PQE looking to handle a varied caseload covering both contentious and advisory employment matters.

You will advise clients across sectors, including financial services, insurance, technology, transport, education and non-profits, often working with international businesses and senior executives. Your work will cover a broad range of areas such as contracts, service agreements, employment policies, redundancies, TUPE, unfair dismissal claims, discrimination, tribunal litigation, and advising on executive appointments and exits.

You'll be responsible for managing your own files, drafting documentation, and delivering clear, practical advice while building strong client relationships. There will also be opportunities to get involved in transactional corporate support and international employment matters.
