An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a top-tier employment law team as a Senior Associate or Legal Director in Ipswich. You'll advise on a wide range of contentious and advisory employment matters, including contracts, dismissals, redundancies, TUPE, discrimination, tribunal claims, and executive appointments.

The role offers exposure to high-profile clients across sectors such as education, finance, construction, transport, agriculture, and the public sector. You will manage your own caseload, build client relationships and contribute to business development activities, including networking and article writing.

Ideal candidates will have 6+ years' PQE with strong technical skills, client focus, and commercial awareness. Experience mentoring juniors and knowledge of East Anglia clients is a plus.
