A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor (2-4 PQE) to join a national boutique law firm recognised in the Legal 500 across a number of sectors. This is an ideal role for a solicitor looking to further their employment law career in a dynamic, client-focused environment with exposure to both advisory and contentious work.

The Role - What You'll Be Doing

  • Advising clients on a wide range of employment law matters, including employee relations, contracts, dismissals, redundancy, discrimination, and grievance issues.

  • Assisting with employment tribunal representation and dispute resolution.

  • Supporting HR advisory work for clients, including policy review and implementation.

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Collaborating with colleagues across the national network to deliver excellent client service.

About You

  • Qualified solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE in employment law.

  • Strong technical knowledge across employment law, with both advisory and tribunal experience desirable.

  • Excellent communication skills and confident in client-facing matters.

  • Commercially aware, collaborative, and motivated to develop within a national boutique environment.
