A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor (2-4 PQE) to join a national boutique law firm recognised in the Legal 500 across a number of sectors. This is an ideal role for a solicitor looking to further their employment law career in a dynamic, client-focused environment with exposure to both advisory and contentious work.
The Role - What You'll Be Doing
Advising clients on a wide range of employment law matters, including employee relations, contracts, dismissals, redundancy, discrimination, and grievance issues.
Assisting with employment tribunal representation and dispute resolution.
Supporting HR advisory work for clients, including policy review and implementation.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Collaborating with colleagues across the national network to deliver excellent client service.
About You
Qualified solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE in employment law.
Strong technical knowledge across employment law, with both advisory and tribunal experience desirable.
Excellent communication skills and confident in client-facing matters.
Commercially aware, collaborative, and motivated to develop within a national boutique environment.
