I'm working with a well-known, Top 100 law firm that is continuing to grow its employment offering in Guildford. They are looking to add a solid Employment Solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE to a team that is both well regarded and genuinely supportive.

This role would suit someone who enjoys high-quality employment work across both contentious and non-contentious matters, advising a broad client base including employers and senior individuals. The team is busy but well managed, with a clear emphasis on collaboration rather than hierarchy.
