We are working with a highly respected family law practice that is seeking a Family Associate to join its growing team based near Banbury. This is an excellent opportunity for a capable and motivated family lawyer (up to 4 years' PQE) to work on high-quality private family law matters with a high-net-worth client base, within a supportive and flexible environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a varied caseload of private family matters including divorce, financial remedy, and arrangements for children

  • Supporting partners and senior lawyers on complex, high-value or multi-jurisdictional cases

  • Advising clients with sensitivity and a solutions-focused approach

  • Drafting court documents, statements, and correspondence tailored to each matter

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider team

  • Contributing to client development and maintaining strong professional relationships

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified solicitor with up to 4 years' PQE in family law

  • Able to handle own caseload with appropriate supervision

  • Excellent communication and client care skills

  • Committed to constructive dispute resolution; collaborative training or mediation experience is a plus

  • Organised, team-oriented, and proactive

  • Familiar with working with high-net-worth or high-profile clients (preferred)
