We are working with a highly respected family law practice that is seeking a Family Associate to join its growing team based near Banbury. This is an excellent opportunity for a capable and motivated family lawyer (up to 4 years' PQE) to work on high-quality private family law matters with a high-net-worth client base, within a supportive and flexible environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a varied caseload of private family matters including divorce, financial remedy, and arrangements for children
Supporting partners and senior lawyers on complex, high-value or multi-jurisdictional cases
Advising clients with sensitivity and a solutions-focused approach
Drafting court documents, statements, and correspondence tailored to each matter
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider team
Contributing to client development and maintaining strong professional relationships
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualified solicitor with up to 4 years' PQE in family law
Able to handle own caseload with appropriate supervision
Excellent communication and client care skills
Committed to constructive dispute resolution; collaborative training or mediation experience is a plus
Organised, team-oriented, and proactive
Familiar with working with high-net-worth or high-profile clients (preferred)
