Family Associate

We are working with a highly respected family law practice seeking a Family Associate to join its growing team in the Thames Valley. This is a great opportunity for a skilled and motivated family lawyer to work on high-quality private family matters in a supportive and progressive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload including divorce, financial remedy, and wealth protection

• Advise clients with a constructive and solutions-focused approach

• Draft legal documents and correspondence

• Support senior lawyers on complex matters

• Contribute to business development and client relationship management

The Ideal Candidate:

• 3-5 years' PQE in family law

• Strong technical and drafting skills

• Commercially minded with a proactive attitude

• Confident in managing client relationships

• Experience with high-net-worth clients is a plus
