We are working with a highly respected family law practice seeking a Family Associate to join its growing team in the Thames Valley. This is a great opportunity for a skilled and motivated family lawyer to work on high-quality private family matters in a supportive and progressive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a varied caseload including divorce, financial remedy, and wealth protection
Advise clients with a constructive and solutions-focused approach
Draft legal documents and correspondence
Support senior lawyers on complex matters
Contribute to business development and client relationship management
The Ideal Candidate:
3-5 years' PQE in family law
Strong technical and drafting skills
Commercially minded with a proactive attitude
Confident in managing client relationships
Experience with high-net-worth clients is a plus
