Locum Family Solicitor - Private Family Law (ASAP Start, Part-Time, Sickness Cover)

We are seeking a skilled Private Family Law Locum Solicitor to join a well-regarded and supportive team on a part-time basis to provide sickness cover. This role requires an immediate start and offers flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of private family matters, including divorce, financial remedies, private children matters, and cohabitation disputes

• Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties

• Preparing legal documents and attending hearings where required

• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional standards

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid experience in private family law

• Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Available to start immediately
