A respected firm in South Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to provide maternity cover starting in January 2026. This is a key role within the team and offers a competitive hourly rate.
The position will involve managing a busy and varied caseload of family matters with minimal supervision, within a supportive and well-regarded practice.
Key Details:
Start Date: January 2026
Location: South Yorkshire
Duration: Maternity cover (length TBC)
Rate: £45-£55 per hour
Focus: Family Law - Divorce, Financial Remedy, Private Children
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong family law experience
Confident managing a full caseload independently
Experience in divorce, finances, and private children matters
Strong advocacy, negotiation, and client care skills
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
