Family Locum Solicitor

We are working with a well regarded private practice seeking a Family Law Solicitor to join their team on a part time locum basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced solicitor to take on a varied caseload while enjoying the flexibility of part time hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a broad range of privately funded family law matters, including divorce, financial remedies, cohabitation disputes, and child arrangement orders

• Advising clients with professionalism and empathy

• Managing cases independently from instruction to conclusion

• Attending court hearings and drafting necessary documentation

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a wealth of experience in Family Law

• Strong experience in privately funded family work

• Excellent client care and communication skills

• Availability to start the end of October / beginning of November
