An established and growing private family law team is looking for a Senior Associate to join their Oxford office. This is a key opportunity for an experienced lawyer to work on complex, high-value family matters with a client base that includes business leaders, public figures, and international families.

You'll be joining a collaborative and forward-thinking team known for its strategic approach and ability to handle sensitive, often high-stakes, cases involving financial remedies and children arrangements.

What the role involves:

  • Managing your own caseload of complex family law matters, including financial disputes and private children work

  • Working closely with partners on high-profile or multi-jurisdictional cases

  • Providing guidance and supervision to junior lawyers and trainees

  • Contributing to the team's continued growth through client relationship-building and mentoring

What we're looking for:

  • Strong experience in private family law, ideally including financial and international elements

  • Ability to work independently on complex matters while also being a team player

  • Skilled in negotiation, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution

  • A supportive, client-focused mindset with high professional standards
