Sellick Partnership is working with a highly regarded and award-winning family law firm, who are seeking a talented Family Solicitor to join their established team based in Hampstead. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their family law career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a broad range of private family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, private children applications, cohabitation disputes, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and emergency injunctions.

  • Provide support to senior solicitors on complex and high-value cases.

  • Build strong relationships with clients through clear communication and high-quality service.

  • Take an active role in business development and networking to raise both your personal profile and that of the firm.

  • Draft legal documents, correspondence, and prepare cases for hearings and negotiations.

  • Where appropriate, represent clients in court and handle advocacy.

  • Ensure all matters are progressed efficiently and in line with compliance procedures.

About You:

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in family law (NQ-3 years PQE ideally).

  • Exposure to a wide range of private family law matters.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing deadlines.

  • Keen to grow professionally and contribute to the wider success of the firm.

  • Advocacy experience and the ability to manage your own caseload are desirable but not essential.
