Role: Finance Business Partner - Developments
Type: Permanent
Salary: £55,000 - £58,000 (up to £60,000 for extensive experience)
Location: Fully remote (candidates must be within 2 hours of Cambridgeshire)

Sellick Partnership is partnering with a Housing Association to recruit a Finance Business Partner for the Developments team on a permanent basis.

The responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner will be:

  • Providing financial business partnering to the Development directorate.
  • Preparing forecasts, variance analysis, and cashflows.
  • Producing regulatory returns including NRASH (D).
  • Delivering clear financial commentary and insight to the Finance and Treasury Manager.
  • Supporting development managers with project appraisals and financial planning.
  • Advising on tax implications of land acquisition and development.
  • Ensuring robust financial support and challenge to achieve value for money.

The ideal candidate for the Finance Business Partner role will have:

  • CCAB qualification (or actively working towards).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience within Housing Associations (ideally 3+).
  • Proven experience of FBP specifically within development.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modelling, cashflows, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis capability.
