Sellick Partnership is proud to be working with a well-established law firm in Kendal who are looking to appoint a Head of Conveyancing to lead their residential property team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced conveyancer or solicitor ready to take the next step in their career, offering autonomy, leadership responsibility, and a clear progression path within a friendly and reputable firm.
Manage and grow a busy residential conveyancing caseload (freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages).
Oversee and mentor a small team of conveyancers and support staff.
Drive operational efficiency and client service standards across the department.
Play a key role in business development and departmental strategy.
Experienced conveyancer, solicitor, or legal executive with strong technical knowledge.
Confident in managing a caseload from instruction to completion.
Previous team leadership or supervisory experience is desirable.
Client-focused, organised, and commercially aware.
Salary up to £55,000 depending on experience.
Supportive leadership and a clear path to further progression.
