Head of Conveyancing

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced conveyancer or solicitor ready to take the next step in their career, offering autonomy, leadership responsibility, and a clear progression path within a friendly and reputable firm.

The Role

• Manage and grow a busy residential conveyancing caseload (freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages).

• Oversee and mentor a small team of conveyancers and support staff.

• Drive operational efficiency and client service standards across the department.

• Play a key role in business development and departmental strategy.

About You

• Experienced conveyancer, solicitor, or legal executive with strong technical knowledge.

• Confident in managing a caseload from instruction to completion.

• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience is desirable.

• Client-focused, organised, and commercially aware.
