Healthcare Regulatory NQ Solicitor

Sellick Partnership is working with a leading, award-winning firm who are seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their highly regarded Healthcare Regulatory team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated NQ solicitor to launch their career within a top-tier practice recognised in Chambers and The Legal 500.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end regulatory casework, including complex investigations and preparation for tribunal hearings.

• Interview witnesses and draft detailed witness statements.

• Advise on interim order applications, risk assessments, and case strategy.

• Prepare reports and draft allegations based on evidence gathered during investigations.

• Manage a high volume of caseloads effectively, ensuring deadlines and key performance indicators are met.

• Collaborate with advocates in the preparation of hearings and assist with High Court litigation, appeals, and applications.

• Contribute to policy development and wider regulatory advisory work.

• Build strong relationships with clients, regulators, and other key stakeholders.

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor with prior experience in regulatory or healthcare fitness to practice work.

• Proven case management skills and understanding of professional regulatory frameworks.

• Excellent analytical and drafting abilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

• Client-focused with a commitment to high-quality service delivery.

• Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
