Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a Homelessness & Housing Solutions Officer to join one of our Worcestershire based clients on a temporary contract
Daily duties of the Homelessness & Housing Solutions Officer:
- Provide a professional and compliant service firmly focussed on the prevention and relief of homelessness.
- Support the strategic and operational managers in delivering the vision, strategies and initiatives for the Homelessness and Housing Solutions Team.
- Ensure that all inbound telephone calls to the service are handled professionally and within any set service levels in operation at the time.
- Provide correct information to tenants regarding re-housing, benefits or any other relevant tenancy issues.
- Provide support to customers with making housing register applications.
Essential experience of the Homelessness & Housing Solutions Officer:
- Previously experience working within Homelessness and Housing Solutions
- Able to travel to site 2 days per week
