Housing and Civil Litigation Lawyer

Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting an experienced Housing and Civil Litigation Lawyer. This is a locum appointment with an initial duration of 3 - 6 months with scope for further extension.

Joining this forward-thinking, in-house Local Authority legal team, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to take on a varied caseload to include:

  • Complex ASB possession work
  • Injunction and contempt proceedings
  • Housing disrepair
  • General civil matters
  • Debt recovery
  • Commercial leasehold advice

The client also requires the successful applicant to attend Court when required.

Both full-time and part-time hours will be considered.

We are seeking a confident and knowledgeable civil litigator who is able to work under minimal supervision and able to deal with more complex matters. The post-holder will need to be a qualified solicitor, barrister or Cilex qualified lawyer.
