Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for delivering high-quality property and operational services? We are seeking a Housing Services and Operations Manager to lead and manage a dedicated team within Chesterfield.

This pivotal role involves overseeing property management, staffing, budgeting, and service development, ensuring compliance with OFSTED regulations and our Asset-Based Approach. You'll be responsible for driving performance, maintaining safety standards, and enhancing service delivery through continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the workforce to deliver service excellence.
  • Manage budgets, monitor income/expenditure, and ensure financial viability.
  • Act as the site responsible person for health & safety and risk management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and service contracts.
  • Promote co-production with young people to shape service delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with local stakeholders and agencies.
  • Oversee documentation and GDPR compliance.
  • Drive performance against KPIs and service improvement plans.

What We're Looking For

  • Level 4 qualification in Housing Management (or equivalent) and willingness to work towards Level 5.
  • Proven experience in team leadership and service coordination.
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding, housing legislation, and health & safety.
