A well-established firm in Manchester is seeking an experienced Immigration Solicitor to join their Public Law Judicial Review team on a locum basis. The role offers hybrid working with flexible days in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing cases within Immigration and Human Rights law, with a focus on Judicial Review

  • Providing high-quality legal advice and representation

  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders to progress cases efficiently

  • Working collaboratively within the Public Law team

  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional standards

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor (any PQE) with experience in Immigration and Human Rights law

  • Strong knowledge of Judicial Review procedures

  • Excellent communication and client care skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Available to start ASAP for a 2-3 month assignment

Hourly rate: £40 - £55 per hour
