A well-established firm in Manchester is seeking an experienced Immigration Solicitor to join their Public Law Judicial Review team on a locum basis. The role offers hybrid working with flexible days in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing cases within Immigration and Human Rights law, with a focus on Judicial Review
Providing high-quality legal advice and representation
Liaising with clients and stakeholders to progress cases efficiently
Working collaboratively within the Public Law team
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional standards
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor (any PQE) with experience in Immigration and Human Rights law
Strong knowledge of Judicial Review procedures
Excellent communication and client care skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Available to start ASAP for a 2-3 month assignment
Hourly rate: £40 - £55 per hour
