A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join its busy and well-established team in Reading.

The Role

You'll play a key role in providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to a team of fee-earners, ensuring the smooth running of client matters and daily operations. Working within a friendly and professional environment, you'll handle a broad range of responsibilities, including:

  • Preparing, amending, and formatting legal documents and correspondence

  • Managing diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements

  • Handling incoming calls and emails, providing an excellent client service experience

  • Maintaining accurate records, filing systems, and case management data

  • Supporting billing, compliance, and general administrative processes
