We are currently recruiting for a Locum Housing Litigation Lawyer to join one of our Midlands clients.
As a Locum Housing Litigation Lawyer you will work full time to undertake a varied caseload of housing law matters. This role will suit candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are not seeking to carry a sole disrepair caseload. The cases are varied and daily duties may include:
- Undertaking all aspects of legal work relating to Housing Management
- Possessions, rent possessions, ASB, and injunctions
- Representation at court and conduct of advocacy is essential where cases demand
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of Housing Litigation and be a confident advocate. Court attendance is an essential part of this role. Hybrid working is offered and all I.T. equipment will be provided by the end client.
