A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Liverpool City Centre is seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join its busy disputes team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a respected practice handling a broad range of contentious matters for commercial and individual clients.
The litigation team advises clients on commercial disputes, debt recovery, property, and contractual claims, with a practical and solution-focused approach in a supportive environment.
As a Litigation Paralegal, you'll assist fee earners in managing cases from initial instruction through to resolution. Duties include preparing legal documents and pleadings, managing case files and bundles, liaising with clients and courts, conducting legal research, and supporting case management and administration.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months' litigation experience (essential)
Previous debt recovery experience preferred
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines
Comfortable working predominantly office-based
