A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Liverpool City Centre is seeking a Litigation Solicitor with 1-2 years' PQE (or NQ with prior paralegal experience in dispute resolution) to join its busy disputes team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of contentious matters, including debt recovery, insolvency, and lender-related disputes.
You will manage your own caseload under partner supervision, providing high-quality advice to commercial and individual clients while developing your litigation skills in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Advising and representing clients in litigation and dispute resolution matters
Drafting pleadings, correspondence, and court documents
Conducting legal research and managing case files
Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties
Requirements:
1-2 years' PQE as a Solicitor, or NQ with relevant paralegal dispute resolution experience
Experience in debt recovery, insolvency, or acting for lenders (desirable)
Strong drafting, organisational, and client communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
