We are currently seeking an experienced Childcare Locum Solicitor to support a busy private practice team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident practitioner who is Children Panel accredited and ready to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a full public law caseload, including care proceedings, pre-proceedings (PLO), and emergency protection orders
Attending court hearings and representing clients effectively
Liaising with guardians, social workers, and other professionals
Providing expert legal advice on all areas of childcare law
Requirements:
Solicitor with current Law Society Children Panel Accreditation (essential)
Proven experience handling childcare law cases independently
Strong advocacy and case management skills
Availability to start at short notice
