Conveyancing Locum - Immediate Start
 Location: Newcastle
 Contract: Locum - Starting ASAP for 4 weeks (potential to extend)
Our client is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Locum to assist their busy property team for an initial 4 week period, starting as soon as possible, with potential for the role to be extended due to an ongoing influx of work.
You will be responsible for managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. The firm has a friendly and supportive environment, offering a smooth handover and excellent administrative support.
Key Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive
Proven experience handling a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
Strong attention to detail and excellent client care skills
Available to start immediately
