Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a highly ranked Legal 500 firm in Manchester, who are seeking a Non-Contentious Construction Partner to join their expanding and highly regarded team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm with a long-standing reputation in the market and a strong pipeline of high-value project work across the UK.
What you'll be doing:
Leading on major development and infrastructure projects for a broad range of clients, including developers, institutional investors, public bodies, and contractors.
Advising on the full suite of construction documentation - from professional appointments and building contracts to complex bespoke agreements.
Driving business development initiatives and expanding your own client base with the support of the firm's strong marketing and BD infrastructure.
Collaborating closely with the real estate, planning, and projects teams on integrated, cross-practice mandates.
Providing leadership and mentoring to junior lawyers, and helping to drive forward the firm's training and development culture.
Who we're looking for:
A seasoned construction lawyer with a focus on non-contentious work, currently operating at Partner level or a Legal Director/Senior Associate ready to step up.
Someone with the energy, commerciality, and credibility to attract and retain clients at the highest level.
Strong connections in the local or regional market.
A genuine team player with a collaborative, future-focused outlook.
