Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a well-regarded, progressive regional law firm seeking a Newly Qualified Commercial Property Lawyer to join their expanding team in Colchester.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic and supportive property department during an exciting period of growth, with exposure to high-quality work and excellent career development prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and reviewing a wide range of commercial property documents.

  • Conducting thorough title investigations and producing detailed reports.

  • Managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion.

  • Handling your own caseload with guidance and support from senior colleagues.

  • Assisting senior lawyers on complex transactions and larger-scale projects.

  • Responding to new client enquiries and nurturing ongoing relationships.

  • Collaborating with internal teams such as Construction, Planning, Corporate, and Land & Development to deliver comprehensive client solutions.

Candidate Profile:

  • A recently qualified Lawyer with up to 3 years' PQE and a clear passion for commercial property law.

  • Completion of a commercial property seat during training is essential.

  • Confident communicator with a commercial outlook and a solution-focused mindset.

  • Enthusiastic, well-organised, and eager to contribute to team and firm-wide goals.

  • Committed to delivering excellent service and building lasting client relationships.
