An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established, highly regarded commercial real estate team in Ipswich. This role is ideal for an ambitious solicitor with up to 3 years' PQE, gained at a strong regional, national, or City practice, looking to develop their expertise across a broad range of real estate matters.
The team advises a diverse client base including companies and high net worth individuals, acting on matters such as commercial landlord and tenant work, investment and asset management, property development, and secured lending transactions. Experience supporting corporate transactions with property input is also highly valued.
You'll work alongside partners and legal directors within a supportive and collaborative environment that encourages gaining experience across the full real estate spectrum. The role offers significant career development opportunities and the chance to work on high-value, complex deals.
We're seeking candidates with strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and the ability to provide tailored, practical advice. A keen interest in embracing technology and a proactive attitude toward business development will be welcomed.
