An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to join a growing and highly regarded Real Estate team in Watford. This role offers exposure to a broad range of commercial property work and a supportive environment designed to foster professional development and client-facing experience from the start.
You will support a diverse client base including private individuals, property developers, investors, banks, and corporate clients. Your caseload will be varied and may include:
Landlord and tenant matters
Acquisitions and disposals
Development projects
Asset management
Real estate finance
Corporate support and project work
This is a collaborative and sociable role, working alongside experienced colleagues across complementary areas of real estate. You will receive supervision and guidance while being encouraged to manage your own caseload and develop strong client relationships from early in your career.
Qualified Solicitor (NQ) with at least one training seat in Commercial Property.
Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Strong communication skills and able to work collaboratively across teams.
Committed to delivering excellent client service and building trusted client relationships.
Resilient and adaptable, capable of managing varied and complex matters.
Work in a supportive and friendly team environment.
Gain exposure to a wide range of commercial property work, including high-profile and complex matters.
Early client contact and opportunities to develop professional skills.
Hybrid working with a minimum of four days in the office to maximise learning and development.
