NQ Commercial Solicitor

A leading commercial law firm is seeking an NQ Commercial Solicitor to join their expanding and highly regarded team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified or early-career solicitor to gain valuable experience across a wide range of commercial matters within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

You'll be working closely with senior lawyers, supporting a diverse client base, and developing your technical skills with hands-on responsibility from the outset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts
• Supporting senior lawyers on complex matters and transactions
• Working closely with clients and building long-lasting relationships
• Supporting on marketing and client development activities, including attending networking events
• Maintaining a high standard of client care and service delivery

About You:

• NQ solicitor with exposure to commercial work
• Comfortable working across a broad range of commercial contract matters
• Excellent communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills
• Commercially aware, proactive, and highly organised
