Are you a Newly Qualified Solicitor with a passion for Court of Protection work? This Top 100 law firm, recognised nationally for its expertise in serious injury and Court of Protection matters, is seeking a motivated NQ Solicitor to join its highly regarded team in Hampshire.

This is an exceptional opportunity to launch your career with a leading practice, working alongside renowned Deputies and legal specialists. You'll support vulnerable clients, often those affected by life-changing brain injuries, helping to manage their financial affairs and secure the best possible quality of life.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing and assisting on Court of Protection deputyship matters, primarily involving serious brain and catastrophic injury cases.

  • Advising on property and financial affairs management.

  • Working collaboratively with clients, families, case managers, medical professionals, and multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Playing a key role in client care, ensuring a compassionate, professional service.

About You:

  • Newly Qualified Solicitor (or due to qualify soon) with a seat or strong interest in Court of Protection, private client, or serious injury.

  • Passionate about helping vulnerable individuals and committed to client care.
