My client, a top tier regional Legal 500 law firm is now looking for an NQ-3 years PQE Commercial Litigation/ Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join the team in Reading. They will genuinely consider NQ's so please do apply if you are at this level!
Caseload will include;
- Shareholder and boardroom disputes
- Commercial contract claims
- Insolvency litigation
- Professional negligence
- Breach of warranty claims
- Post-termination restrictions
- IP and cross-border disputes
- Unfair prejudice petitions
- Injunctive relief
- International arbitration
