A leading Legal 500 full-service firm in the North West is seeking a motivated Personal Injury Solicitor (0-3 years' PQE) to join its established and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside highly experienced Partners on a diverse range of personal injury matters within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The team is well known for its technical expertise and client-focused approach, handling a wide variety of claims including road traffic accidents, employer and public liability, and complex clinical negligence cases.
Responsibilities:
Managing and developing your own caseload of personal injury matters
Assisting senior lawyers with complex and high-value cases
Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence
Liaising with clients, medical experts, counsel, and insurers
Ensuring compliance with procedural rules, deadlines, and internal risk standards
Providing excellent client service and communication throughout the claims process
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor (NQ-3 years' PQE) in England & Wales
Experience across a range of personal injury claims (RTA, EL/PL, and clinical negligence desirable)
Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach
A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in personal injury law
