Sellick Partnership is proud to be working with a well-established and respected law firm, seeking a Planning Solicitor to join their recognised Planning Law team, which is recognised for its work in Chambers & Partners, Legal 500, and The Planner.

This is a great opportunity to join a specialist department advising a broad range of clients including developers, local authorities, landowners, and individuals. The role will involve advising on planning obligations and infrastructure agreements, managing appeals and enforcement matters, and supporting clients through judicial reviews and statutory challenges in the High Court. You will also have the chance to contribute to strategic development advice and help grow the department's network and reputation.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with experience or a strong interest in planning law. A background in either private practice or local government is welcomed. You'll be confident communicating complex issues, commercially aware, and proactive in developing client relationships.
