Sellick Partnership is working with a respected and progressive law firm to recruit a Plots and New Homes Manager for their leading Development and House Building team. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced and commercially focused lawyer to step into a strategic leadership role within a growing and dynamic practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sale of new build plots or represent buyers in new home purchases, depending on expertise.
Prepare sites for sale, including legal packs and documentation.
Supervise conveyancing workflows, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Manage and develop a team of solicitors and paralegals.
Strengthen client relationships and drive new business opportunities.
Support the continuous improvement of internal systems and service delivery.
About You:
Qualified solicitor or legal professional with 5+ years' experience in residential development or plot sales.
Strong knowledge of the housebuilding sector, consumer codes, and compliance frameworks.
Proven track record managing high-volume transactions and leading teams.
Skilled in site setup, title reviews, infrastructure agreements, and lender requirements.
Commercially astute with excellent client-handling and communication skills.
Experience with panel management, CQS protocols, and digital platforms is a plus.
