Private Client Associate

We are working with a well-regarded firm seeking an experienced Private Client Associate or Senior Associate to join their established team in Sevenoaks. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented private client lawyer to take on high-quality, varied work while also stepping into a role that offers leadership and development responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload including wills, trusts, tax, probate, and estate planning

• Providing clear, strategic advice to individuals, families, and business owners

• Drafting legal documents tailored to clients' needs

• Building strong client and intermediary relationships

• Supporting and mentoring junior team members

• Engaging in business development and helping to grow the practice

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in private client work

• Strong technical skills and confident handling complex matters

• Experience supervising junior staff (preferred)

• Client-focused, commercially aware, and highly organised

• Comfortable using legal tech and case management systems
