An established private wealth team in Oxford is looking for an experienced Associate (2-8 PQE) to join their growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside respected specialists in a collaborative and well-supported environment, advising a varied and high-value client base.

The work is a mix of UK and international estate planning, trusts, tax, and wealth structuring matters with clients including family businesses, individuals, family offices, and trustees.

The role:

  • Managing a broad caseload of private client matters, including wills, trusts, estate planning, and tax advice

  • Advising both UK-based and international clients

  • Contributing to client strategy and long-term planning

  • Supporting business development efforts and maintaining client relationships

  • Working closely with colleagues across disciplines when needed (e.g., family, corporate, or property teams)

About you:

  • 2-8 years' PQE with solid experience in private client work

  • Strong understanding of UK tax and estate planning

  • Comfortable handling complex and technical matters with appropriate support

  • Clear, confident communicator who's comfortable working directly with clients

  • Motivated to continue developing technical skills and grow within a high-performing team
