An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Senior Associate to join a highly ranked, internationally focused Private Client team based in London. This is a chance to work with a market-leading group known for advising high-net-worth individuals and families across multiple jurisdictions, offering sophisticated and bespoke legal advice on complex cross-border matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise international and UK-based clients on a full spectrum of private client matters, including pre-immigration and residency tax planning, estate and succession planning, and global asset structuring.

  • Provide tailored advice on offshore and onshore trusts, family investment companies, and tax-efficient ownership structures.

  • Support clients with governance, estate administration, and the long-term protection of family wealth.

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across complementary disciplines, including corporate, real estate, and family, to deliver integrated, commercially minded solutions.

  • Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives to grow the London and international client base.

  • Keep up to date with legislative developments and international tax changes to ensure clients receive forward-looking, strategic advice.

Skills & Experience

  • Qualified Solicitor with 2-6 years' post-qualification experience in Private Client work, ideally with exposure to international matters.

  • Strong technical understanding of UK tax, trust law, and estate planning for individuals with global interests.

  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage complex matters with precision and attention to detail.

  • Confident networker and relationship builder with a collaborative and proactive mindset.

  • Additional language skills (such as Italian or French) would be an advantage.
