A well-regarded firm in Nottinghamshire is seeking a skilled Private Client Locum to assist with a busy caseload on a temporary basis, starting as soon as possible. This is an initial 2-month assignment with the potential for extension.
The role will focus on a full range of private client matters, with a particular emphasis on tax planning, trusts, and estates. The successful candidate will be confident working independently and advising on complex tax issues as part of the estate administration and wealth planning process.
Key Details:
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Nottinghamshire (hybrid working may be considered)
Duration: 2 months
Rate: £50-£55 per hour (DOE)
Focus: Wills, Probate, Trusts, Estate Administration, Tax Planning
Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with extensive private client experience
Strong knowledge of tax law as it relates to estates and trusts
Comfortable managing files independently from instruction to conclusion
Able to start at short notice
