Private Client Locum Solicitor

A well-established firm in the West Midlands is looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to provide maternity cover starting in November for approximately 9 months. There is flexibility for the successful candidate to start earlier, as the team is currently experiencing a high volume of work.

This is a great opportunity to join a busy, supportive team and take on a varied caseload of private client matters with minimal supervision.

Key Details:

• Start Date: November (or sooner)

• Location: West Midlands

• Duration: 9 months (maternity cover)

• Rate: £45-£60 per hour

• Focus: Private Client - Wills, Probate, LPAs, Trusts

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong experience in private client work

• Able to manage a full caseload independently

• Experience handling wills, probate, estate administration, LPAs, and trusts

• STEP qualification is desirable but not essential

• Strong client care and communication skills
